Distinctive ringtones for blocked numbers, contacts, and unknown callers Moto g?

Is this possible? I could do it on my Sanyo "dumbphone."

Welcome to AC
On the stock phone/people app, you can only set ringtones on a single person basis. I haven't found a setting that let's you change it for contacts/unknown/blocked. At best you'd be able to set the same for every contact.
