This looks nice. I have the white variant, so I kinda want to show it off a bit. I'm waiting on the Spigen Hybrid case with the clear backbto arrive. We'll see how it feels. If I don't like it I may pick this one up.

I don't know about white, but I queried Diztronic about a clear case for my white N5. They replied that they would have some in a "few weeks". I hope they come through because other companies clear cases do not get the high ratings (Amazon) Diztronic does for its black case. I did get one from Hyperion and it's OK, however I'll replace it with a Diztronic clear case if it becomes available.

I got mine in today and I have to say that I really like it.

It fits perfectly, has a great feel to it, looks good and doesn't add much bulk at all to the phone, yet offers good protection.

I also got the White N5, and didn't really want to hide it in a black case. I also didn't want to hide the "NEXUS" logo on the back. So I got the "clear" Diztronic case. So far, it like it a lot. A lot easier to hang on to. I'll post some pics if anyone wants to see some.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could post some pics. I'm loving the black Diztronic case but I would definitely get the high gloss clear case if it looks good.

What kind of screen protector are you using with the Diztronic? I got my case yesterday and it looks like the BSE screen protector I ordered won't work with it...

These work fine and are cheap.

Got the purple one. Just waiting for my phone (got email it shipped this morning. Woot woot) I love diztronic. I have had this case for my S3, s4, iPhone 5 and note 3 loved them on all of those phones so I'm sure this one will be the same. The quality looks great but once I get my phone here and can put it one that's the real test!

I think some are more clunky and thick than others. Also more or less opacity and yes different styles. I wasted money on a patterned tpu case for my other phone but over the black phone the pattern can barely be seen. It was cheap but the shipping was $5.

The Renke is a nice case, and I had one for my N4. but the N5 version's edges are sharp. I was reading in some reviews, that some people had smooth edges, while some are sharp, so a change in production happened it seems.
Anyway, I have used Diztronic for my last two Nexus phones, and I got one for my N5, surprised at how thin it is, but overall I like it.
BTW, I use a screen protector, and have had no issues.

how is this case material compared to the matte back?

I just got mine and the feel is very nice. I also bought the Spigen Neo Hybrid and they have similar. I prefer the Spigen as it has more protection while remaining very light.

I got the white high gloss case. It was really nice when I first got it but, like many cases like this, it started turning a little dull and yellowish after a couple months use.

Since it was clear I started looking into dying it a different color. Rit dye can dye polyurethane yoyos, so I figured I'd give it a go. If it didn't work out I'd just get another case.

It worked great! Better than expected. Rit dye in hot water, moving the case around in it for like 30 minutes. Took the color very well and turned quite dark. I'm going to get another one actually and try again, this time without leaving it in for so long, and with a different color (I used a mixture of aquamarine and royal blue... The royal blue was very overpowering despite using a quarter the amount).

Its been a few days, still has the color. I cleaned it thoroughly after dying it. The day after dying it some dye rubbed off on my sweaty hands (leftover dye, not the dye actually absorbed into the case). Since then it hasn't rubbed off at all. Color still looks great. Anyways, pics:
