DL09, Rooted, TB, Nandroid, Done... now please help me get started

Ok so I got my update had no issues. Waited about 1 week and finally rooted (1 click method and unpluging after it rebooted the phone worked for me). Got Titanium Backup (ran a batch "backup all user apps + sys data"), and Rom Manager (Flashed CWM Via Odin) and made a backup at 1:30AM .. still bloated, no heptic feedback (Dont really care too much about that but still want it back). NOW this is where I need the help. I want a Fascinate that has great battery life, really fast (no lag in opening things up ect.) and as debloated as possible.i already know i can get google as the search (i never long press search anyways). I was looking at JT's DL09 Super Clean 0.4 but i dont know how to put it on, if i need to instal a kernal along with it or if it meets my requests... it sounds great D), im just a lil nerveous thats all -\). So If anyone knows a Kernal / Radio(idk what that means) / ROM Combo that would work please post and also post where i can go to find out how to instal.. Thanks in advance for all the help.

U can just freeze all of the bloatware from titanium backup, but u need the pro version, check the sticky with apps that are safe to remove and just freeze all of them, that alone helped my battery and get launcherpro or adwlauncher to replace the homescreen. They are smoother and more customizable.

Wow that was quick!... I know i can freeze the apps and honestly i would just rather renamo to .old for all those useless apps, but my objective is to be able to sat whats on your signature "fast super clean DL09 Fascinate" I have Launcher Pro + and i hate the lag i get and i love ADW EX but it doesnt bring the widgets that i love from LP+ (message, bookmarks, callendar, contacts ect) i know about messaging widgets, puere gris calendar people widget ect but i like the LP ones better (its a all in one)thats all. im looking through ROM Manager right now and when i go to "Download ROM" i get a bunch of options and i dont know what is for what and if i can mix and match you know what i mean? BTW It should be pretty obvious that i am new to all this flashing stuff ahahah. Either way thanks for the reply

my sig actually just changed because I switched kernels a few seconds ago lol, but in rom manager download geeknik's stupid fast kernel for DL09, I think it's the third option down, then flash the kernal.

Download super clean 0.4 from the sticky and put it on ur sd card, then flash using rom manager, should work fine. U should probably clear cache and data when u flash the rom.

As far as I know all of the roms and kernels should work regardless of the combination.
