DnD no longer turning off on schedule

Since Sunday after the time change from Daylight Saving Time my DnD no longer works according to the schedule. It turns on but it does not turn off. The only thing I can think of is once it is activated the General Settings unlocks and one of the options says to to turn off NEVER. The only options under it are time durations and nothing that points it to the schedule. I can't remember if that was there before when I first set up DnD. I've had this set up for months with no issues. Why all of a sudden would it stop working? If I have to change the settings under General to be turn off in 9 hours what's the point of the schedule asking me when it turn it off? Has anyone else had their DnD stop working since the time change? I have an LG v10 running Android 6.0 on At&t. I've attached some screenshots so you can see my settings.
