Do any V30s not have a blue shift?

My V30's top half turns bluish even angling it at 5 degrees from being absolutely parallel to my face!! So yes, I don't have to tilt it to "extreme" angles to see it. Also, I don't think waiting for some months to get a defect-free device actually works, because if you're unlucky, you would get a device which has been previously used and returned for being defective!! And if you say that the website would have listed it as "refurbished" or "pre-owned", I don't think it's the case here in India where the device was launched nearly 6 months after other markets. It's being rumoured that all the defective sets which were returned in first world countries are being dumped here. They would definitely not want to divulge that, would they?
