Do I get my replacement in gold or stay G4??

My screen shattered, and asurion is allowing me to get the edge in gold ! I had it in black.

I haven't purchased my replacement yet, due to the fact it's $200.

I ended up taking one of the extra upgrades on my company account to purchase the G4, and I've been VERY happy with it so far.

Well, my gf came over with a new s6e today and now I want to get my replacement. Honestly the only thing holding me back is the damn LAG I had with my s6e!! It was brutal! I think I had a defected device though because my dad got the s6 and my gfs s6e do not have the problems I had with my device!

I know it's a preference thing, but if you were in my position, what would you do?? Spend the $200 and get the gold s6e, or stay with the G4, black leather?

I returned my G4 today, and picked up a 64GB S6 Edge. The issues I encountered in the LG G4 (two of them):

- weak WIFI radio, slow speeds when just a little ways away from my WIFI router.
- issues with screen taps and swipes not registering with the screen
- random lagginess
- camera over-sharpening
- screen brightness is poor, especially in sunlight where it's hard to see
- creaky plastic back
- inconsistent LED

I did like the slightly larger screen size, and somewhat longer battery life. But beyond, there was not much to like. However, it's certainly possible that you might get hold of a G4 that performs better and doesn't have the issues I ran into. Just keep in mind that the G4 has it's own issues right now.

The gold looks sharp, but also feminine. I got the white because they didnt have blue. But like you said, its personal preference

Love my gs6 32 gold edge would never trade for anything other then the note 4 and surely not for a g4 . Looked at that phone at my bb the g4 and after owning my gs6 the g4 felt cheap and that screen colors are a hot mess

Agreed, just got my mom a g4. Compared to the edge it feelsnot cheap, but cheaper. More comparable to the Note 4 than the edge.
