do I have a Chinese opo

I booted into fastboot to flash my opo as it won't install ota updates for some reason so I wanted to flash lollipop via fastboot but the fast boot looked like this. Dose this have anything to do with it aborting my ota. I'm totally stock, not rooted and have cynogen mod simple recovery Wich I presume is stock recovery.. need help
