Do I have to factory reset my Samsung s6 to reset the pin for private mode

I set up a private folder and forgot my password, I really don't wanna have to factory reset. Any other way?

Factory reset will wipe all the data from the device.

If you forget your password, there's no other way. Next time, write it down and stick it in a sock drawer.
