He means that when you stream Netflix, it can eat away at your monthly data plan pretty quick. I use about 2 gigs every 2 weeks, thats with being on Facebook all day and watching an hour of Netflix during my lunch hour. I'm not sure what VZW policy is, but with TMobile, while it is "unlimited" data, they throttle it down to 2g/edge, which makes the Sensation pretty much useless. I was "forced" to pay the extra $10 so I could go up to 5 gigs a month without throttling.
