Do Not Disturb mode comes up whenever I'm driving now?

So this seems to have occurred after the most recent update. Whenever I start driving, this stupid do not disturb in driving mode comes up. What the hell is this, and how do I turn this off?

Check Modes and Routines and make sure the 'Driving' mode is either disabled or not set to turn DND on.

Couple more things I can think of are activating 'Driving Mode'.
1) Android Auto. Unfortunately if this is it, I don't think there's a way to disable it.
2) Google Assistant. Open Assistant and go to Settings; scroll down (a lot) to the Transportation section. Driving mode (and a way to toggle it) should be at the bottom of that section.
