Do Not Disturb not working!!!!

Phone is A52s
Do not Disturb is set from midnight until 6am but the notification reminders still go on the whole time.
I have a GxS21 with the same settings and it's fine. Previous GxS9, GxS10 also fine.
Cannot figure out why this is not working.
Cannot switch phone off in case of emergency.
Any ideas?
