Do Not Disturb time rule problem

I'm trying to set a Do Not Disturb time rule that goes from 3:25PM to 4:30PM, but whenever I try to set an end time, I'm forced to pick a time on the next day. I want to pick a time on the SAME day! Is anyone else having this problem?

I just tried to create a automatic do not disturb under the circumstances starting at 3:25 pm and ending 4 pm and it chooses same day by itself. Choosing 4am made it say next day for me

I swear I tried this 100 times and it didn't work, but now suddenly it does. I guess I just needed you to scare my phone into acting properly.
