Do not disturb

Priority phone calls are getting through but without any ring tone, any ideas.

I am using a HTC one M8. All the contacts that I want to give priority to are in my favorites. They appear on the screen but no ring to alert me.

My do not disturb will not turn off now. Any suggestions? I did a factory reset as well.
