Do the Android phones from Xolo, Micromax and Karbonn run stock Android?

Lots of cheap and affordable Android phones are being made by Xolo, Micromax and Karbonn and being sold in India. I am just curious to know if they run stock Android or if they are skinned in some way.

Also do these phones get future SW updates or are you stuck with the version it ships with?
