I have a Xoom wifi only model with Cybertronic p8 (too lazy to update xD) and would like to know if I NEED to flash back the stock kernel to flash the OTA update like normal? If I do could I get a link to a wifi stock kernel? Thanks.

I followed this guide, which notes that the updater checks the system and boot partitions. So yes, stock kernel is needed, along with the stock kernel modules. If you flash the stock system.img and boot.img provided by Motorola, it will work.

Yes I did not get the OTA until I flashed back to stock. I just got the update a few minutes ago. Now I can't wait to unlock, get re-rooted and a fresh new overclocked kernel! :)
