Do you like the screen ?

Just came back over from an s8+. Green doesn't seem nearly as good and vibrant. Trying to get used to it ! Love the form factor overall more.

I do like the screen, but not as much as the S8. Samsung's display is unrivaled. I leave my G6 on max brightness all day and at about 40% in a dark room. Even at 20% it's just fine. Direct sunlight causes some issue but I'm ok with it.

Form factor is where the G6 wins. Flat screen that is more resistant to scratches and damage than the S8 is a win in my book.

I came from the s8+ too and there's no denying the Galaxy screen is beautiful. I still like the screen on the G6 too though and looks cleaner I think without looking clinical. It's much nicer than the G5 I had last year. I do wish it had an amoled screen though mostly for the Always On Display. I keep it on Auto Brightness at all times and it's much better and brighter than the G5 was too but I'm not keen on seeing the whole screen slightly lit up next to my bed at night.

Very happy with the screen. I did like the deep blacks on the S8+ but I prefer the cooler tint to the G6. Haven't had an issue in sunlight.

As for the form of the screen, hands down the G6 is far superior. Imo there is absolutely zero purpose for curved screens. It adds nothing what so ever for me except a headache trying to protect it.

Came from an S7 Edge - The G6 colors are not as rich as the S7 edge, but the G6 more than holds its own and I am very happy with it.
