AC Question

Hi, I've had my phone for 3 days now.

It's great, love everything about it when it works. Unfortantly though I seem to have been unlucky and got a lemon which im returning soon.

My phone crashes about 20-50 times a day and reboots depending on how much I use it. Usually just from reading texts or browsing.

Anyhow I was wondering if the phone is crashing and restarting while on sleep without me knowing in my pocket. If I don't unlock my phone for over an hour or 2 when I try unlock it with my fingerprint it says i must enter my pin.

Is this because it's crashed and restarted in my pocket or because it's been over an hour or 2?

Thanks,
Adam

I think it's because it has powered off. If you can, check that the battery connection is good.

With my Samsung Note 5, It will ask for my pin if the phone has been sitting idle for 4 hours.

It must be. It only sits idle when it's on the wireless charge pad and I notice when I go to use it a few hours later, I have to enter my pin.

I misspoke when I stated my phone asks for my pin when's it sits idle, it is my fingerprint I need to input since I use fingerprint for unlock.
I use Wi-Fi smart unlock when I'm at home and after it sits on the charging pad a few hours, It asks for my fingerprint.
