Android Central Question

Hi! Is there anyone good with technology and viruses and hacks and that kind of stuff? I need help. I'm crying.

I have a Huawei P9 Lite and everything was fine with it until I decided to download some songs from DeviantArt. I managed to download quite a lot and tested them on my phone (and they worked fine) until they stopped working and I got a message saying ”File could not be played” then my SD card completely disappeared, then it reappeared but it was completely empty, then my phone was empty & opening an app took forever. I believe that afterwards the card reappeared empty again and the contents of my phone reappeared, then when I checked the card it was almost full (like it was before this whole mess started), but there was nothing on it. I factory reset my phone.

I remember at some point when everything was almost gone, there was a ”song” in the Music app named ”JDJDJDJD [i can't remember what was written here] she's... [i couldn't see anything after this]”. Do you think I was hacked and whoever hacked me decided to leave a message to laugh at me? I don't recall having an audio file named like that, but maybe a video that was somehow converted into an audio file?

Can you help me? Do you know if it's a virus or if I've been hacked? I'm sorry for being dumb, but nothing like this has ever happened to me and I'm shaking and on the verge of crying.

I didn't have anything too important on my phone, but I think my dad's credit card was saved into my Google account on Google Play. A few months ago I bought a music album with it and when I wanted to buy another one, I couldn't. I'm pretty sure the PIN wasn't saved in my account either. What should I do? Should I tell him? Can he freeze his account or something? Everything I wrote probably sounds really stupid so I'm sorry, but I'm freaking out.

Update: I didn't set the phone up as soon as I reset it because I was too scared to even look in its direction. But now, as I'm trying to reinstall my apps, I notice that the phone is very slow and constantly crashing or freezing. I'm currently keeping my phone near my speaker and I sometimes it makes a small buzzing noise. This also happened while the phone was being messed up, but I don't remember it happening before this incident.

Welcome to Android Central! Downloading "free" songs from random sites is never a good idea, because (a) it supports piracy, and (b) it's a good way to get malware, since malware creators know people often try to get paid stuff for free. On your phone, the first thing I'd do is remove the SD card and see if the phone still behaves oddly, since the card might be corrupt.
