Dock modification

I'd like to put a dock like this on my Galaxy Edge S7. Can anyone help with this? Not sure if it is just a widget or KLWP, or something else.

Can't get a reply from Google+ group.

You can do that with Nova Prime. Just activate Labs feature for putting widgets on the dock and slap a clock widget on it.

I activated the Labs feature on Nova Prime, but there is no such option to put widgets on the dock. I'm using the latest Nova Prime beta.

I just tried it. You can just drag thr widget to the dock. It's graduated from the labs already.

Go into settings for Nova Launcher and hold down the volume button.
