Dock on G7

Just came home with a new ATT version G7. Thought I would try the TouchWiz UI for a while. Is there any way to add more than 5 icons to the dock? Can the app drawer icon be removed from the dock? I can't seem to remove it.

Try Nova Prime launcher. More customization potential including the dock.

You can add more but it will create a folder in that spot.

Thanks...I used Nova on my last phone, an LG G3. Just thought I would try the stock UI again.

I alternate back and forth between Nova and TouchWiz. I am waiting for icon pack developers to update packs that I used on my GS6. The icons on my GS7 look a bit wonky.
