Those of you with the dock, does your prime remain on when folded up in docked mode? Last night I had my Prime charged and i folded it and put it in my brief case and then tonight, I opened it up and it was not at the lock screen and the screen was already on and at the desktop screen.

Does your Prime turn off automatically when folded? My screen is set to turn off automatically after 5 minutes so I don't understand how it could still be on,,,,

Hmm, that's odd... Mine usually does go into lock mode upon closing, but I always hit the lock key prior to folding the tablet just to confirm that it is locked. Another thing, I've had the keyboard dock for a few weeks now and I notice that the tablet does act a bit buggy at times, but more so when the dock's battery is below 50%. Was both your tablet and dock charged 100% or just the tablet itself?

I just got my dock Friday, but it seems to shut off the tablet when I close it.

I have wondered this myself but it seems just like trying to open your fridge and catching the light off. I think the dock turns the screen off when closed and turns it on when opened. I just wish I used the dock more often. It doesn't seem very responsive.

On my prime with the dock enabled, i have noticed the prime going to sleep, not off. Personally I like this behavior. but if you want your tablet off, just shut it down when not in use. It only takes a couple seconds. (but that boot time sucks) The screen does power down when i close my prime plus dock. Maybe you do not have your dock fully seated on the prime?

This is it. Mine goes to sleep when I close the lid, and resumes from sleep when I open the lid. It's like tapping the power button rather than turning it off completely. I actually had ot close mine and peer into the crack between the screen and keyboard to be sure that the screen was off, and it was.
