Does an app like this exist?

I have taken a photo in the past of the interior of my car when I first bought it. Now I would like to take a photo of the interior after it has been customized. I want it to be the same angle, height distance as the picture I took when I got the car. Is there an app where you can have that image slightly transparent on your screen so you can line up the camera to match the transparent photo and it will be the same height, distance, angle, etc.. This way you can easily create a fade effect from past to present?
