Does Android 7.0 have built in file manager?

I just updated my phone, Huawei Nova Plus, to Android 7.0.

Previously there is a file manager for me to move the files within the folders.

Since the update, I cannot find any built in file manager anymore.

Before the update, I can transfer those files into the OTG pendrive when the pendrive in plugged in.

Now I clicked into the "Downloads" in the drawer, I can find and select all the images, video, PDF files, but I cannot transfer those files into the OTG pendrive that I plugged onto my phone.

Can anyone helps on this?

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Storage, and see if there's an Explore option.

I usually find stock file managers unsatisfactory anyway, so I typically install Total Commander (which is free and ad-free).
