Does any case protect the edge on Galaxy s7 edge?

Trying to decide on the edge or the s7, I like a bigger phone coming from iPhone 6s Plus but concerned about durability of edge screen

I went with the Spigen NeoHybrid. It's a good balance of protection and thinness. There are thicker cases that will offer more protection though. Any screen can be broken. I have not broken a screen yet but it could happen to anyone. I'm not going to stop enjoying phone to always be worried about it

None actually does directly protect the edge since it would block the edge functions. A thicker case would have more protection on the edge. But IMO I'd rather just take care of the phone. I use the OEM leather case.

I use an obliq case and it has fallen with no damage to the phone. Maybe I've been lucky but the case helps protect the phone at least in small drops

I use a Supcase Unicorn Beetle holster case. As others have mentioned, you won't find a case that will completely cover the edge. The Supcase is a slightly thicker case that adds a little to the sides. I actually can't use the phone without this case on it now because I got used to the extra little protection on the sides which helps with grip. It also protrudes a bit on the front so if it were to fall on a flat surface face down the screen and edges would be protected.
