Does anyone else experience not being able to use their wifi calling feature when they are not home/

I can't seem to get wifi calling to work anywhere other than at my home. Do anyone else have this problem?

As an example, like on a work network or at Starbucks?

I have my phone set up to access my WiFi at home as soon as I pull up to it with Smart settings. But first I had to obtain access using the network password. Are you having issues with places you have the password for or is it on public access WiFi that you're having the problem?
