Is there away to have the phone display only your phone contacts and not jump to FB contacts at all. DX keep jumping to Facebook contact on my phone book this is even happening when I text im getting all contacts. I just want my phone contacts showing at all times unless I switch it!!

I believe the google has setting on the device has a option to sync Facebook contacts and if you uncheck that option it wont sync from Facebook but I don't use FB but I recall reading something along this.

A little confused, are you not wanting you FB contacts on your phone or just not to show up in the list of contacts? Don't know of a way from within the SMS app, but on my DX there is a menu option in contacts under "display options" that will let you choose which account to show. Can't remember if that is a stock option or part of my ROM.

I have used the setting Smitty_82 is talking about however my experience has been I always have to "set it". It doesn't seem to stick. So my solution was to not sync facebook at all. It sucks because I like the pictures attaching to my contacts, but I don't want ALL my facebook contacts showing up in my contact list.
