Does anyone have any experiences or reviews with the kt-612 octacore android tv box?

Recently purchased this streaming box and not sure if I'm very happy with it. would like to hear some other opinions. thanx in advance!!

I purchased it for being able to stream my videos stored on external hard drive thru usb port.
This KT-612 android TV box didn't recognise my usb device and after many different tries finally did. After pressing red "media" button on remote it supposed to show USBdisk icon. So takes many tries (even rebooting the unit) to get this icon again. Then it's another problem. After successfully launching video file it shows: "ERROR, copyrights... " even on my own videos.
It looks like I make some mistakes on setup or this is not that revolutionary good device.
So I need some help advice from forum members also.
