Does anyone have sound issues when clicking icons/keyboard keys?

I like to have the clicking sound activated on my keyboards, as well as the audible selection clicking sound(settings>sound>audible selection) when clicking icons or making other screen selections. I've had issues with these sounds cutting in and out. While typing sometimes, the clicking sound will stop, and then a few words later will start clicking again. Same thing with icons. One minute I can click the gmail icon for example, and will get the audible click, then do it again and won't. It seems like a software issue because rebooting always fixes it for awhile. I'm just trying to see if anyone else has this issue. the problem is I think most people mute their keyboards or use haptic feedback instead. If anyone has come across this issue I would appreciate confirmation so I can figure out if I have an issue with my specific device. All other sounds work perfectly(ringtones, notifications, media playback)
