Does anyone know how to restrict background data without getting the annoying notification that wont go away unless you enable background data?

Also. Iam experiencing some lag when web browsing! It appears to only happen using chrome although i literally only have the phone a few hours so hard to judge right now but its def a little jittery when scrolling within chrome! Scrolling in general through contacts, messages etc seems to be fine although not as fast as i would have thought. Is this normal? Other then that everything is fine!

Oh and is there any truth in the rumor that fast charging over time will burn the accelerometer and samsung are desperately trying to come up with a fix ?

Chrome is notorious for stuttering when scrolling. I use Dolphin w/ Jetpack instead. Most people deal with the stuttering to have the sync functionality. I don't always use Chrome on my laptop though. I can't help with the other stuff because I don't have the S6.
