Does anyone know if I can roll back to 4.1 without having to use a computer?

So the instructions from huwaei honor state that I need to hook up to my computer but they are quite confusing. Does anyone know if I can actually go back to 4.1 by just doing it on my phone without a computer? Any tech heads out there I need your help pretty badly. Thanks a bunch to all who can help me and advise me.

I really would rather just perform this by using my phone only if there is a way. Downloading files to a computer and then having to boot in recovery mode and all that jazz I just don't want to go through all that hassle. There has got to be a way to do this only by the phone itself. I could be wrong but then again I'm not versed in doing anything like this. I would however love to go back to 4.1 if it's possible to use your phone only.

Yeah that would be nice. I actually was able to manually push the nougat 7.1.1 update to my axon without a computer which ended up being kind of hard to do but I eventually figured it out after a couple days of trial and error.
