We have had some issues with our 13 year old. Recently whenever I walk up to her you can tell that she is wiping out of a page on her phone. I happened to notice the screen and it was a Google browser page that was blank but it had little green horizontal lines of to the right. She knows that she's only supposed to be on certain apps. It is so easy to hide apps. Would anybody happen to know if this is just a phone issue or?
Does anyone know the cause for a blank google browser with horizontal green lines on the right?

It's hard to tell what that might be without actually seeing it. If you're concerned about what your child is accessing, have you considered using Google Family Link? If you're the one paying for her device and plan, then it seems reasonable to require some basic supervision.
