That doesn't look like a stock Android icon. Probably one of your installed apps outputting this. Have no idea what it is.

That was my first thought. Any battery app that cuts the charge or any anti-theft app that detects when the charging stopped?

Oh, I like the anti-theft idea. That could be what the right thingie represents - a cable/etc keeping the prongs attached.

Hey everyone. Thanks for all of the replies. I had zoomed in so everyone could get a better look at it as it just came on and it wasn't charging or anything. Just pulled it out of my pocket and saw it. I looked everywhere to see if it was any Android icon but nothing so I figured it had to be an app. But I was mainly worried that it looked like a remote control or something I don't know. Just worried about private information.

How long does it stay up there ? Does it show in notification panel also?

Does it go away in Safe Mode? Is Developer Options turned on?
