Does anyone still make a Chromebook utilizing a mobile data connection?

My first Chromebook was a Samsung XE500 which came with two years of free Verizon mobile data. I barely used that data connection, but it was really handy in a pinch. I've been searching for a replacement to that circa 2011 chromebook that supports the use of a sim card for a mobile connection, but can't find any.

Am I just searching incorrectly, or has the market moved away from that option?

I think they have. I just use my phone as a hotspot with my Asus chromebook.
