does AT&T have a block number option?

Verizon has this option via website. It is few, but you have to update it every 3 months. We are switching to AT&T and I was wondering if they have a block text & call option? Thank you

only through AT&T Smart Limits, which is about 5 dollars a month I believe. There is no limit on how many numbers you block and it also allows you to restrict other things on your account if you choose.

Just switched from Verizon to AT&T about 2 months ago. I got the Note 7. Not sure if this is a phone option or carrier option, but the Note 7 has block call on it. You have to go into details of the number. Upper right corner 3 dots and block number shows up.
Really hope this is carrier related and not just an option on the phone.
