Does bluetooth drain battery?

Bluetooth does use battery, but it is typically fairly minimal - especially if both devices use bluetooth low energy protocols.

this may be out of topic but has anyone have any idea how to delete a watch face?my pebble time app is 3.0 if i am correct....and i think i downloaded too many watchfaces and hope to delete some thanks.
