Have not seen it yet. Now after reading that I am disappointed to hear we are getting a "tortured" and "dark" Superman

I really enjoyed Man of Steel at the theatre, but following that reflection on the character made me really not like Superman in general, for several reasons that the article lists and a couple more. I don't know if it's truly Nolan's interpretation I dislike, or the real character of Superman (whatever that means), but ... I get where the article is coming from.
