Mine good now too had to change language to English us as I'm in UK but all good works great

I found a way to get it through xposed framework, search "ok Google for 3rd party" and it should pull it up. Does what it says for me although it has been causing my custom boot animation to randomly start every once in a while although it hasn't happened in a while so it might just be for the first bit of time with it.

Edit: hasn't done it in over a few hours seems to happen after giving it to an app, then it doesn't do it anymore after a few times :]

I now have the option to use from any screen, pretty neat!

Hotword detection on any screen works great, with one exception. When I have it turned on, all of my alarms auto-snooze. As in, I get the notification, but no sound or anything else. Tried restarting, same thing. I'm using the stock alarm clock app (which is actually pretty good).
I was kind of bummed out about this, but it won't be an issue soon... my G Watch should be here friday.

Another issue is that you can't record video with Google Now set to work on all screens.
