Does Google TV support Market Rentals and Google Music?

Just wondering if Google Music and Android Market rentals work with Google TV. Now that the Revue is $100 bucks it's awfully hard to resist it.

I've not seen google music yet, but I know that market rentals may be watched via youtube, so in a way, yes.

Gmusic works fine in the browser but Google Market rentals requires the Honecomb update, which is out by the end of September.

As I mentioned above, not true.
I've not tried renting the movie outside of the phone market, but I've rented a movie on it and watched it on my revue via youtube.

The Google music app works just fine... I use it all the time... You just have to side load it...

Hmmm... Google Music does not work for me through the browser. When you say side load it are you talking about after hacking the device to Honeycomb?

That poster must have loaded the Honeycomb update, with the stock Android you can't sideload.

Regarding music.google.com, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't on GTV, but it always works fine on my phone with the app.

I've never got Google Music to work for me through the browser. Anxiously awaiting the update so we can use Market apps

I use Google music through the browser. The first time you do, you have to wait what seems like 5 minutes before the 1st song playa. After that, it runs fine. I think there may be some sort of background update to the browser.

The music.google.com site has a issue with the cookie to allow streaming. Some other forums have reported if you start the music, click the Gmail link at the top, then press back, Google Music's web app streams properly.
