Does GS3DebugFSRoot cause problems with OTAs?

I rooted using this method:

Will I have to do something special to take an OTA update? Or is that only if you flash a custom image?

Since all GS3DebugFSRoot does is install the su executable, I could just delete it and then delete any root apps (including superuser) and be back to stock, right?

Nope. If you get/take an OTA you will lose root.

BTW only freeze bloat you don't want, don't delete it.
