Does having all your Google apps sync considerable drain battery?

Hello,

I typically go into my google account in settings and only have my gmail and calender on to sync. I was wondering how big of a battery drain would it be to let the rest like google music\google movies and tv sync?

The reason I ask is I would like to be notified what a new show that i purchased is ready to be watched and since I have google tv and movie off it will not tell me unless I manually sync it?

Syncing a small music file wouldn't use much battery - probably about as much as about 30-50 emails. Syncing a feature-length movie could use a LOT of battery. The same with a one hour TV show. Letting the phone do it when it wants could leave you with a dead battery when you need the phone, or it could drain the battery past 40% (which is bad), but syncing only while charging would just slow the charging down a bit.
