Does it take a while for your page to load after a reboot?

Everytime i reboot that intial page takes 30-60 secs to load? After the first page loads its fine. all pages load rapidly quick. This happens everytime. is this normal?

are you refering to the transisiton from the 4g screen to the home screen?

gotcha, sometimes times it does seem like the intial load does take a little longer. it would be the system killing browser to make room for other actions.

It also does it when I close all browser and open a new page. It can be a pain at times.
