Does lineageos have noticeably worse performance/lag than stock (other than camera)?

I know the camera is worse on lineage compared to stock for g4 but I'm wondering how the performance in other areas of the phone (E.g. Loading time when Switching between apps, Loading time when opening apps, apps running in background, etc. ) is Compared to stock, is it just an snappy?
