Does Motorola also fix phones of a non - moto care customers?

So one of our new 2015 MXPE got dropped, and now it has a very small crack in one of the screen's black margins. We've bought the phone from Motorola's website two months ago.
What options do we have as a non-Moto Care customers, if we want Motorola to fix the phone? How much does it cost to fix it, and do they send a temp replacement till they fix it?

You should contact Motorola/ chat or phone and they'll give you the most accurate answers. They will fix it, they will not send a temporary phone while it's being repaired.

Does the crack interfere with the operation or is it just cosmetic?

Yes, Moto will repair your phone. I believe I've seen elsewhere that it is around $150 for a screen replacement.

I don't know the answer to that question. Both times I've done I it (once with moto care, once without) I used the advanced exchange option.
