here is the screenshot...the things I am talking about is these things with green android logo..is it a viruses or important service?...if it is an important service then can someone explain what is it for?

Those are all system apps that run things in the background so your phone will work. While it is possible to get malware on any computerized device, it's rather hard to infect an Android phone.
