GSMarena says yes, tear down says yes, huawei says no, but they said that about 2 of the Pro lenses which do. I want the cold fact.
Does p20 have OIS or not, once and for all?

Just because the hardware is there doesn't mean its being used. And the lag in the stabilisation would suggest it is software as Huawei says it is.
