does sim card supposed to come with phone when pre order

it seems that despite my dad pre order last friday prob won't get in mail until this friday

i'm little confused by sim card situation i just talk to at and t representive who did pre order target he claims won't need one i think talking about something esim?


however i chatted with at and t they saying that after get phone will have to go store get a sim card put in i'm a little confused by what is going on

is best to do traditional sim card correct since i never used it on s20 plus phone before

I would get a sim card. Are you saying your S20 doesn't have a physical Sim card? If not then it must be an Esim.

no my old phone s20 plus always had sim card despite ca use a esim but never used it so i guess since sim card doesn't come with s25 plus when get in mail i guess friday only esim will come

i will have to go inside store get a slim card for them to put it in right?

You can either use your existing sim from your old phone or program the E-sim which is what I did, it was very easy.

yeah but the thing is i don't think its a wise decision on using existing slim card since i no longer verizon and my phone been ported over and going to at and t
