Does the moto x have a WiFi hotspot?

The nexus 4 has it built in. Is this the same for the moto x? ATT blocks certain apps like foxfi. But the nexus 4s built in hotspot circumvents this. Anyone know if its included in the moto x?

MotoX do have wifi hotspot but unlike Nexus 4 ATT will know when you tether since its a carrier phone.
