Does the note 10 plus have the same dual camera as note 4?

It was at least up to Note 7. It was also on S8, but removed when the phone got updated to Pie. The old Samsung Dual Camera APK only worked on phones pre-Pie.

If I remember right the Note 3 and Note 4 had it but by the time the Note 5 came it was gone.

I'm actually one of those that were bummed when they discontinued this apk. I used it on holiday at Disneyland and it was amusing taking a picture with a selfie of yourself on a postage stamp in the corner. There's something about seeing your own reaction at the time you took the picture. I guess few people used it.

I thought about this feature after I saw the Apple iPhone reveal. I remember this on the older galaxy phones.

Actually, it doesn't work with Pie. The Pie update broke it. I used it on Note 7.

Note 8 definitely had it. This picture was taken Oct 2018. I have a few in my gallery using this camera mode.

Camera APKs are usually specific to the hardware they designed for. Even if it could work it would only work with one lens.
