A watch should charge from almost any flat charger. Might have to move it around to find the sweet spot.

On a side note I'm not a fan of reverse wireless charging except for an emergency. If you use device to charge others it will shorten your devices battery life

I tested Qi reverse wireless charging using my Active 2 with our Pixel 5 review unit and it starts to charge, then goes into an error loop as the phone tries to interpret it as a tag and transfer data.

After turning NFC off it works a little. 5% rise then stagnant. Also got an overheating warning once. Maybe I'm off center but I've tried a few spots
