Does the screen loose response when humid/damp?

Occasionally, my Infuse screen will become unresponsive to touch. It seems to happen if the screen gets damp from sweat (say after holding it to my face) or moisture. I'm not talking about direct contact with rain or water, but rather subtle wetness from say some rain while the phone was in my pocket.

Usually an on/off will resolve it, but I'm trying to pin point the cause.

Anyone else experience this or similar?
